Hilton Bujumbura Hotel Renovation, Burundi

The project involves the renovation and re-branding of the former three star, 106 key Novotel hotel in Bujumbura, Burundi in Central Africa, into a four-star, 138 room "Double Tree by Hilton" Hotel. The hotel is located in the city center on Avenue du Stade – one of Bujumbura’s major thoroughfares, approximately 9 km from the international airport. The facilities for the re-branded hotel will include food and beverage outlets, swimming pools, a pool bar, standalone bars, conferencing suites, an administration area, staff housing, shops and other amenities. Estimated project value: $21.8 million.
