About this development
Construction of the Hillcrest Village Office Park development to be situated between the suburbs of Waterfall, Everton and Hillcrest, situated between Inanda Road and the Cotswold Downs Golf & Country Estate, KwaZulu-Natal. Access is from the new intersection and access road from Inanda Road to the Cotswold Downs Golf & Country Estate gate. The proposed development involves an office park comprising 28 000m² of office space in 27 double storey blocks with underground/basement parking. The office blocks are to be clustered around a central landscaped area with a series of ponds. The development is to be matched in theme and landscaping content to the Cotswold Downs estate adjacent. The development would be implemented in 7 phases, with Phase 1 being located at the western edge of the site, and Phase 7 at the eastern edge.
