About this development
Construction of civils, services and associated infrastructure for a tourist facility on portion 4 of Farm Myrtle Grove No. 1380, near Sir Lowry's Pass Village, in the Western Cape. The facilities will comprise of a building which will include wine tasting facilities. The tasting facilities will be complimented by a restaurant/coffee shop, reception venue and wine storage area. The building will be situated on a currently uncultivated portion of the the farm with a minor slope. Parking areas will also be provided.
