About this development
Phase one of the project will see the construction of 100 housing units. Restoration of the racetrack and historic buildings, as well as construct a conference centre and restaurant. Other facilities planned include a classic car and motorcycle restoration centre, and a museum. An estimated R180 million will be spent on phase one, including the infrastructure to support the construction of 100 housing units, ranging from one- to four-bedroom units. Thatched roofs will be a feature of the development in keeping with the surrounding thornveld savannah.
