Construction of New Head Quarters Office Building at the Forestry Department, Curepipe, Mauritius. The office shall be built on a plot of land of approximately 1400m² vested in the secured compound of the actual Forestry Department at the Botanical Avenue Curepipe. The new building will replace an existing unused/obsolete old building and will comprise of a ground floor level and a first-floor level with the structural provision for a future vertical extension of an extra level only. The project also includes associated site works including twelve parking spaces, inclusive of two disabled parking and two drop-off parking spaces by the main entrance porch.
