The ‘iconic’ tower, with 36 floors, will come up on top of the structure currently housing retail chain store Nakumatt Lifestyle in the Nairobi central business district in Kenya, East Africa. The building will incorporate sustainable architectural features such as Fritted glazing, a helipad, a ventilated atrium, a city skyline viewing gallery, and vegetated roof terrace.
