Comprising of 1000 erven; water and sewer networks are not developed; roads must be developed to cover the entire section finished with tar/paving and the stormwater thereof; electrification of all erven must be included; dwelling houses of 70m², built-in cement mortar plastered and roofed with concrete tiles, minimal of 2 Bedrooms, lounge, dining room,toilet and bathroom; option of fencing with 1.2m high fencing and a motor gate. Finishes included: ceilings, bathroom, fittings and kitchen sink.
