Construction of the Hazeldean Convenience Mall in Pretoria, Gauteng. The mall will be done in 2 phases: phase 1 is 100 000m² and phase 2 which is the retail around the mall is 4500m². The mall will also act as a catalyst for commercial and residential development within the area with around 800 000m² of lettable office space complete with outstanding hotel and conference facilities to complement the Hazeldean node.
