About this development
Construction of the housing development at Hazana City Osogbo in Lagos, Nigeria. Scope of works could include: construction of a mixed-use development spanning over 70 hectares. The work will be split into lots. Lot 1 - Development of 10 residential units for medium and high-net worth individuals approaching retirement, fencing a haven for pleasurable, communal living and essential infrastructure. Lot 2 - Development of 10 residential units dedicated to an assisted living community for the elderly. This lot focuses on creating residential spaces complemented by office spaces, a recreational center, and medical offices as needed. The aim is to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment that ensures residents enjoy an active and high-quality life, supported by necessary infrastructure. Lot 3A - Development of 10 residential lodges for young tech professionals, including communal and modern support infrastructure. Lot 3B - Development of a commercial technology hub with work spaces, offices, training centers, and conference facilities designed for young professionals within the tech ecosystem. Lot 4, 5 and 6 – Development of horizontal infrastructure, including drainage, central sewage systems, water reticulation, fiber internet, electricity and landscaping.
