The proposed project will entail the construction of an 18 storey apartment building with an estimated 502 bachelor flats, 339 one-bedroom units and 841 two-bedroom units. There will be approximately 1682 parking bays. The proposed development area is situated in Hatfield, north-east of the University of Pretoria's Campus, between the campus and the Universities LC de Villiers sports grounds and the hostels.
