About this development
Construction of a new 309 hectare industrial park in Lephalale in Limpopo. Hanglip Industrial Park will be situated in the industrial corridor between Medupi and Matimba power stations, near the Grootgeluk coal mine. There are 82 stands in the first phase of the development, with erven ranging from 5000 sqm to 18000 sqm. The first phase of the of this development has been registered as Ellisras Extension 140.
