Construction of civil and infrastructure works for the Gwanda housing project in Zimbabwe. The project comprises two sites: (1) Spitzkop with about 133 residential stands and (2) Gwanda Doelfontein with approximately 1 000 stands. The project is located about 3.5km from the Gwanda Shopping Mall. The two sites to be developed are adjacent to each other, separated by a proposed 15m road and a stream. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -20.9428731; long: 29.0070667.
