Construction of the 324 bed capacity Gulu City Specialised Teaching Referral Hospital on a 20 acre piece of land at Laroo Forest, Gulu University, in Gulu City, northern region of Uganda. The health facility will encompass a catheterization laboratory, accident and emergency services for adult patients, an eighteen-chamber mortuary, twenty-bed intensive care unit, public amenities and staff facilities, support services and relative accommodations for staff.
