Civils and services for the redevelopment of the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre in Ghana. The Convention Centre will be 60 000m² in size with a 25 000 seater capacity. Built within the centre will be exhibition, concert and trade show halls. The project also consists of a high end apartment residential component, as well as a commercial offices/ business incubation centre component. The entire project is estimated to cost US$2 billion.
