Construction of the Groblersdal Luckau bulk water supply contract 1A in Groblersdal, Sekhukhune District Municipality, Limpopo. Estimated value R47 137 512.84. The scope of works comprise the upgrading of the electrical, mechanical and civil works at the Groblersdal WTW pump station and at the Motetema Pump station. The external electrical upgrades at Groblersdal WTW will include the supply and installation of a 0.75MVA transformer, supply and installation of incomers and feeders including all wiring and cabling. The internal electrical upgrades will include the supply and installation of electrical motors and control panels complete with cables, soft starter units, drive and control circuitry, suitably sized main breakers, all necessary relays and control modules, surge and lightning protection modules and any other work that may be deemed necessary through consultation with the engineer. The mechanical and civil works will include the installation of pumps, suction and delivery pipework complete with all fittings, telemetry and new wall mount pipe support brackets to suit. The civil works will include the construction of new pump bases complete with a drainage passage for the exiting drain channel. The GPS locations are: Groblersdal 25°10'3.19"S 29°23'54.50"E and Motetema 25°05'47.09"S 29°28'10.66"E. The marker has been placed at Motetema 25°05'47.1"S 29°28'10.7"E
