About this development
Construction of Graceland, 50ha, which will consist of a mixed use residential development for The Grace, consisting of a total of 727 hectares. This comprises of various elements, i.e. Graceland; The Grace Eco-Estate, The Grace Mall, Gracewood & Commercial, with various commercial activities, including a new regional Hospital. The site on portions 8, 10, 30, 31 and 32 of the Farm Nooitgedacht 176- IR, is located to the south of the R577 Road, east of the Drumblade Agricultural Holdings and north of Joan Road and the Blue Saddle Ranches, Midvaal, in Gauteng. Residential erven in Graceland will vary between 250m² and 600m² in area. A number of community facilities and amenities are also planned, such as a schools parks, church and clinic. Graceland forms part of the Gauteng Highlands Development.
