Government Park Office, Zambia - Infrastructure

Construction of civil and infrastructure works for the proposed development of a mixed-use complex on 20ha of prime land in Lusaka, Zambia. The project will involve the development of an up-market office park to house various government ministries and departments, including those to be displaced by the Jubilee City project. The project will be undertaken under a public private partnership (PPP) basis, preferably DFBOT.
