About this development
The Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has received funds from the Agence Francaise de Developpement (AFD) toward the cost of the Ghana Urban Management Pilot Project (GUMPP). The Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) has received part of the project funds and intends to apply a portion of this towards various construction projects. The proposed developments are: Construction of two-storey administration block,1-storey dormitory block, 25 No. blocks of garages and a two-storey skills & training centre block and two-storey commercial block, auditorium block and a single storey uitility facility
