Establishment of 132kV Powerlines from either or both of the existing substations, Makhatini or Nondabuya, on the Makhatini Flats to proposed substations at Manguzi (to be called Gesiza substation) and Mbazwana (to be called Mbazwana substation), Umkhanyakude District Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The two projects are interrelated and their study areas overlap.
