CIDB 7GB Scope of works includes civil works, structural works, roof covering, services connections to existing infrastructure, which entails plumbing and drainage, fire services installation, and installation of new ceilings, floor finishes, bathroom tiling and sanitary ware, shopfronts, paint work, carpentry work, ironmongery and glass and aluminium work.
