About this development
Construction of the civils and services for Gcuwa Mall located along the N2 in Butterworth, Eastern Cape. The scope of works includes the construction essential road infrastructure upgrades. Bulk earthworks will entail the movement of approximately 100,000m³ of material. The works further include the relocation of a 500Ø water line and a 200Ø sewer rising main, as well as the relocation of an existing church to accommodate the new taxi rank. External roads will be upgraded to improve access to a nearby school and informal settlement. The GPS co-ordinates 32° 19' 37.28" S 28° 8' 53.71" E
