Construction of the residential component of the Gateway Theatre of Shopping Expansion in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The residential component will be carried out in phases 2, 3 and 4 of the four-phase expansion process, with 5 000m² (71 residential units) in phase 2, 17 000m² (243 residential units) in phase 3 and 28 000m² (400 units) in phase 4.
