About this development
Construction of the office component of the Gateway Theatre of Shopping expansion in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The office component will be carried out in Phases 2, 3 and 4 of the four-phase expansion process, with 12 000m² office space in Phase 2, 25 000m² office space in Phase 3 and 13 000m² office space in Phase 4.
