About this development
Construction of the hotel component of the Gateway Theatre of Shopping expansion in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The hotel component will be carried out in phases 2, 3 and 4 of the four-phase expansion process, with 8 000m² (150 hotel rooms) in phase 2, 8 000m² (150 hotel rooms) in phase 3 and 9 000m² (200 rooms) in phase 4. The rest of the development will also consist of retail, office and residential components, to be constructed over the various phases.
