The Development will consist of a central square, a conference center/estate hall, a gymnasium, indoor pool, health spa, sauna, massage rooms, change rooms, coffee shop and deli. A maximum of 275 single residential sites, 5 double storey apartment blocks with a total of 50 flats. A high care facility with a max 10 beds. Stable block for 40 horses, a show jumping arena, a covered sand area for dressage. Associated infrastructure, including roads, stormwater structures, water and electricity reticulation, two maintenance facility sites and a home owners association building.
