About this development
Construction of 5 group housing units with a coverage of about 11.08 ha in total for the Garden Route Dam development near George in the Western Cape. The development will consist of a hotel site of 1,9 hectare; 211 single residential erven; five group housing units; a town housing unit and an apartment or flat component. The proposed public open space for recreational purposes was reduced from 75 hectare in the original proposal to 70 hectare.
