About this development
Construction of additional retail space as part of the Phase 2 Garden City Business Park in Nairobi, Kenya. The park will be developed on an additional 21 acres of land adjacent to the original 32 site that already hosts apartments and a retail mall. Phase 2 will have more residential units, retail and office space, a 4 star hotel and a hospital. The completed mall is one of the largest in East Africa. The entire project when complete will include over 200 houses and apartments, plus more than 25 000m² of office space, as well as the mall. Phase 2 will include a hospital, green spaces, and a pedestrian avenue linked to the mall with parking amenities. Estimated project value : Sh1.8 billion. 4-Star Green Rating (GBCSA)
