About this development

Construction of residential units as part of the Phase 2 Garden City Business Park in Nairobi, Kenya. The park will be developed on an additional 21 acres of land adjacent to the original 32 acre site that already hosts apartments and a retail mall. Phase 2 will have more residential units, retail and office space, a 4 star hotel and a hospital. The completed mall is one of the largest in East Africa. The entire project when complete will include over 200 houses and apartments, plus more than 25 000m² of office space, as well as the mall. Phase 2 will include a hospital, green spaces, and a pedestrian avenue linked to the mall with parking amenities. Estimated project value : Sh2.7 billion. 4-Star Green Rating (GBCSA)
