About this development
Conversion of the Gaborone to Boatle Road to dual carriageway standard, plus associated roadworks in Botswana. The works contract will inter alia include: Upgrading the existing 18.4km long road to dual carriageway standard; associated drainage works; construction of pedestrian and cattle underpasses; installing of street-lighting; construction of signalised junction at the Junction to Kgale Mews; construction of the Tlhwane, Metsemaswaane bridges and the Boatle grade separated interchange. Construction of approach roads to the Boatle grade separated Interchange. The total length of road covered by this project is approximately 23.8km of which approximately 18.4km is currently single carriageway. Estimated cost: P1 billion.
