Construction of services and infrastructure for a housing development on Portion 85 and Portion 86 of the Farm Friedenheim 282 JT, Friedenheim, Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The proposed site is situated on the eastern side of the R40 (P17-7) road that which between Nelspruit and White River and is on the southern side of the D725 adjacent to the current Agricultural College Complex.
