The property is situated approximately 3, 5 km to the east of the town Velddrif, Western Cape. Main Road 529 from Velddrif to Piketberg crosses the property. The Berg River with its associated lower Berg River Estuary and International Important Bird Area system represents the southern boundary of the property. Phase 3 will comprise of 107 freestanding retirement units, 62 retirement flats, 29 bed-sitter units, 20 bed frail care facilities and security and recreation facilities.
