Expansion to the existing Fourways Mall located on the corner of William Nicol Drive & Fourways Boulevard, Fourways, Johannesburg, Gauteng. This expansion will add another 90 000m² onto the existing mall which will convert this mall into a super-regional shopping centre of 170 000 m². This will make Fourways Mall, South Africa's largest centre. The redevelopment will incorporate nearby Fourways View Centre on the corner of Witkoppen and Cedar roads as well as the Game building adjacent to the taxi parking area. There will be internal road upgrades included in the development. The value if this development is approximately R1.9 Billion and the size is about 100 000m²
