Construction of a fourth furnace for Consol Glass, to meet the increasing demand for glass packaging. The new Consol Clayville furnace, which will be built in Midrand, north of Johannesburg, in Gauteng will increase output by 15 percent to 845 000 tons. This will increase bottles produced to more than 3 million a year. Est value R400 million.
