Construction of 100m x 100m 132/22kV Fondwe substation with 2 x 20m-va transformers, construction of ±20km 132kv Kingbird power line from the existing Paradise substation to the new Fondwe substation and to erect a 36 meter communication tower inside the proposed new substation at Fondwe, Makhado and Thulamela local municipalities in the Vhembe district, Limpopo province.
