Construction of the state of the art fresh produce facility for the First Land Mixed Use and Agri-Hub development located in Pretoria North, Gauteng. The development aims to develop 211 hectares of a high-density mixed use, affordable housing residential zone; 1500 hectares for urban farming and recreational parks; 822 hectares for the development of a fresh produce market and agri-hub; and 418 hectares for a mixed-use zone which will include commercial and retail spaces.
