About this development
Construction of top structures at a new industrial park being developed in the Helderberg Basin, in the Western Cape. Firgrove Industrial Estate is designed to be an upmarket industrial estate with 24-hour access control, a manned gatehouse and electrified perimeter fencing. Top structures will be constructed in accordance with design guidelines. Amdec’s Phase One purchase is approximately 52 000m².
