About this development
Construction of top structures at a new industrial park being developed on 98 000m² of prime industrial land, in the Helderberg Basin, in the Western Cape. Amdec will build factory units for leasing to tenants’ requirements on erven ranging in size between 2 000m² and 13 000m². Tenants will have the option of consolidating erven to create larger sites.
