About this development
Construction of infrastructure and services at a new industrial park being developed in the Helderberg Basin, in the Western Cape. Firgrove Industrial Estate is designed to be an upmarket industrial estate with 24-hour access control, a manned gatehouse and electrified perimeter fencing. These erven will range between 2 000m² and 5 000m² and it will be possible to consolidate erven to create larger sites.
