Construction of a new five-star hotel at the site of the old NGK Sinodesaal on Orange Street near the Planetarium, Western Cape. The hotel comprises 130 luxury hotel suites, 12 exclusive penthouse apartments, a spa and wellness centre, and will become the flagship hotel of the prestigious African Pride superior deluxe hotels, lodges and country houses’ portfolio. The hotel is to be known as Fifteen on Orange. Project value: R420 million.
