Construction of a retail outlet and a fast food outlet, as part of the Farazela Mixed-Use Development, on an 11 ha portion of the Farm Tembe North No. 17497 in Kwazulu-Natal. The site is located along Provincial Main Road 522, approximately 18km north of the town of Manguzi, 750 m south of the Farazela (Kosi Bay) border post with Mozambique, and 3 km to the west of the Kosi Bay area of Isimangaliso Wetland Park. The proposed development comprises a service station and truck stop, a shopping centre, hardware store, fast food outlet, hotel and wedding facility, offices, flats and houses.
