Construction of a hotel and wedding facility, as part of the Farazela Mixed-Use Development, on an 11 ha portion of the Farm Tembe North No. 17497 in Kwazulu-Natal. The site is located along Provincial Main Road 522, approximately 18km north of the town of Manguzi, 750m south of the Farazela (Kosi Bay) border post with Mozambique, and 3km to the west of the Kosi Bay area of Isimangaliso Wetland Park. The proposed development comprises a service station and truck stop, a shopping centre, hardware store, fast food outlet, hotel and wedding facility, offices, flats and houses.
