About this development
The project entails the expansion of the Hotel and associated facilities on portion 47 of the farm Zwartrivier 194, George, in the Western Cape. Expansion of the facilities by adding approximately 156 hotel suites. These suites will be larger rooms with a small living area and kitchenette added. The size of the suites will be around 120m². Outdoor living areas with small verandas are also proposed. The units will be double storey in order to optimize views, create volume and reduce the unit footprint. Existing hotel facilities are to be upgraded to comply with the required standards expected by the industry. Associated infrastructure and services will also require upgrading.
