The fire compliance completion and changes to internal spaces at the False Bay Hospital, 7th Avenue, Fish Hoek, Cape Town, Western Cape. The project value is R 42 480 894,97. Portion B: Emergency Centre (EC) & Main Entrance – Internal expansion and renovation of existing emergency centre and main entrance, Portion C: EC Green Clinic, Records & Reception – Renovation of existing finance offices to house consulting rooms, reception and records. Portion D: Admin Offices, Observation Room & Gas Store – Renovation of existing records room to create new offices and an observation room. A new gas store and plant room to be added to the service courtyard.
