Construction of the office component for the new Fairscape Mixed Use Precinct on Plots 62436, 62437 and 64513, Fairgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana. Project comprises the following works as briefly described: Construction of new 15 Storey tower comprising retail offices and residential accommodation. Construction of 2 No new 3 Storey Office and Retail Buildings. Construction of a new Double Storey Retail and Office Building. A 3 level Basement covering the footprint of all the above buildings and other buildings in future phases. Associated External Works comprising roadworks, diversion of existing services, landscaping, etc. Electrical, Mechanical and Lifts installations. The development will be constructed in 3 phases. Estimated project value : R466 million.
