About this development
Construction of the services, infrastructure and bulk earthworks for the new Fairground Mixed Use Precinct on Plots 62436, 62437 and 64513, Fairgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana. Fairscape Precinct will be constructed in the fairgrounds area. Project comprises the following works as briefly described: Lateral support of bulk earthworks, including the blasting of rock in phases or if affordable, in a single phase over the entire site to accommodate a 3 level super basement for purpose of: A 3 level Basement covering the footprint of all the buildings below and other buildings in future phases (by others excluding the lateral support and related piling and the bulk earthworks. Construction of new 15 Storey tower comprising retail offices and residential accommodation. Construction of 2 No new 3 Storey Office and Retail Buildings. Construction of a new Double Storey Retail and Office Building. The development will be constructed in 3 phases. Total project value: P466 million.
