The scope of works could include the construction of a two storey building including workshops, classrooms and offices, measuring at least 2 166m². The construction of the FACT Centre Workshops will also include the following areas: Entrance patios, entrance hall and circulation, water technology lab, computer lab, process control lab, renewable energy lab, lecture rooms, lecturer's offices, spares storage, tool storage room, male ablutions, paraplegic toilet, fire escape stairs, chemical storage, male showers, female showers, female ablutions, janitor's room, balconies, transitional space, library, kitchen, IT server room, board room, plinth for the renewable energy container, covered parking. CIDB 7GB. The GPS Marker has been placed at Seshego Campus: 23°50'32.3"S 29°23'35.6"E
