Construction of services, infrastructure and sports fields for Umsilinga Primary School (situated adjacent to the site) for the Ezinketheni Community Development on Portion ‘X’ of Portion 10 of Farm Lot 37 No. 1294, situated on New Greytown Road in Ezinketheni, Copesville, Pietermaritzburg, within the Msunduzi Local Municipality and uMgungundlovu District Municipality of Kwazulu-Natal. The development is also proposed to consist of a community clinic (150m²), a Transnet office and a Msunduzi Area Based Management Office (the offices are proposed to be 2 storeys, 600m² in size); a community convenience store (600m²); and a community creche (600m²).
