Construction of a new 27 000m² shopping centre on Orange Farm Extension 4, erf 15673, next to Stretford Station in Orange Farm, Gauteng. Stretford Town Square Mall was its previous name. The shopping centre will consist of various shops, restaurants and takeaways, it will include a mezzanine level with open parking areas. The mall has expansion rights of up to 35 000 m² gross lettable area (GLA) and could expand to a total of 60 000m². Value : R400 Million.
