The expansion will cross over Bath Avenue and once complete, the new floor area will be approximately 62 000m² including old and new. The Rosebank Gardens (formerly Nedbank Gardens) building will be demolished to make way for the expansion. Value: R 650 million. The new section will have 8 levels - 6 levels parking and 2 levels retail.
