About this development
Building and construction for the expansion of the Isando Warehouse and distribution centre for Pepkor. The warehouse is currently 40 438m² and will be expanded by a further 66 475 m². The warehouse, which is customised to meet PEP’s needs, is being developed in line with international trends, and includes an impressive eaves height of 14,25m, together with 23 000m² of fine floor tolerances for high racking systems. The existing warehouse will be linked to the new warehouse by an overhead conveyor system in order to allow transfer of goods between the two facilities. Value of Project: R350-million.
